.yay, my fucking assignment finish liao.

it's official that i'm screwed up. yes, my assignment is over. at least one of them is but here comes another three. i was going like... CCB, cannot let us rest for a while hiar? MCH!

the other three is a kid's story CB book. i think i want to do on anatomy of the female body! hahaha! sure keng wan! somemore got drama? i was like, wtf? last year only did drama this year come out again? KNNBCCB lar. i damn tension. Maybe i will act as some porn gay shit guy. or maybe a rock. which does nothing but coughs. that'd be cool.

anyway, i'm writing for nanowrimo but i've no idea what to write yet. i was planning to write about my life story but i guess that'd have to wait until another day. Usually people write biographies after they're dead. i figure, why wait? why not now? it's better that i write it than some mother fucking idiot who don't even know who the fuck i am and what the fuck i'm thinking. bah, but i decided, maybe next time.

a story, i was planning to prolong the finner's tragedy but that story was created as a short story so lengthening the plot until 50,000 words is a bit damn hard!

at last i guess it's back to the drawing board.

gaji masuk on monday! yayYay!

and another update regarding the Sexy Blogger's Tee. I believe I have can start ordering now but I need to get a quote and discuss with the factory first since the amount i'm printing is quite small (30 pluss only leh!). Thus maybe the price will increase a bit... I'll try to hold it off with my leet persuasion skills. haha.

Anyway, want to know what my findings are for my Discourse Analysis?

From the comparison of the result focus of both the men’s skincare advertisement and women’s skin care advertisement, we can see how the public view or judges a man or a woman’s worth. A man is judged by how they feel about themselves while a woman is judged on how they look from another person’s perspective. - jimmy, 2005

It's not my point of view but based on findings.

In men’s skincare advertisement, the advertiser usually focuses on the end result or solution by portraying how the consumer feels. They use words like women’s touch, enjoy, see and feel, sooth and heal, refreshing-feeling, convenience and comfort or delighted. These words are all used to portray how the reader would feel after or if they use their product. Over here, we can see that these end results are not features nor are they benefits of the product being advertised, but it is more towards what we want at the end of the day. These feelings are very subjective in nature and differ from one person to another. However, the advertiser includes these words to appeal to the emotional feelings of the consumer. So far, the products only benefit our physical experience but not the emotional experience. By utilizing these words, the advertiser hopes to tap into our emotional experience as emotions are mental processes which also control our purchasing rationale.

However, in women’s skincare advertisement, the advertiser focuses on the end result or solution by portraying how the consumers look like, from either another person’s point of view or their own. They use words like younger looking, look younger, you’ll notice, radiant crystal clear skin, looking old can be prevented, look younger and better. These are all words which can be found from sample 21 until 27. In general, women’s perception of themselves are based on not how they feel about themselves but rather on how other people look at them, portray them or even talk about them.
